MY BIZ DEPOT PROVIDES LIMITED TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
What does that mean?
My Biz Depot is a reseller of third party software products and provides original sotware and other digital products as Free member downloads
This means that the webmaster, Garland Valley (me), is not the developer of these products and therefore does not have the programming information required to offer technical support on them.
Some products have been developed by My Biz Depot such as "Webmaster EZ Tools" , "Web Elements Deluxe Website Graphics Gallery" and several ebooks. Since I am the developer of these products full technical support is provided.
Since these products are offered FREE to registered members, issues of refunds are irrelevant, this does not mean that you or other marketers will cannot sell them, in this case it is the sellers responsibility to determine a refund policy
Since I also purchase a lot of software too, I don't like getting a product that doesn't work or does not come with clear instructions or is so darned complicated you would need a doctoral degree in computer science to figutre it out either.
So, if you download a FREE product from MBD and can't get it to work, please post this on the COMMUNITY FORUM, there is a category for software support and discussion. I or another member may know something about it that is helpful or you may know something that can help someone else !
If you purchase a product from MBD and cannot get it to work, I will make every reasonable attempt to assist you so that you are satisfied with your purchase.

If I receive several questions about the same product I will post it in the FORUM for everyone to read and discuss.
What is a reseller ?
A reseller is someone who purchases products that include master resale rights or private label rights (legal license to resell) at wholesale, discount or retail price and then resells them online, often by bundling, re-packagaing or making some slight modifications to the product.
My Biz Depot is also a FREE membership site and offers software and digital products at no cost for registered members.
These products are quality digital products that can be used as merketing tools, resold or both.
